Shipping policy

Please contact us first if you are shipping anything to us for work to be done. Please insure you package for the proper value, we are not responsible for lost or damaged parts.  We use USPS 2 day Priority Mail for small US packages, heavier packages will ship with UPS Ground, all international packages will also ship USPS Priority Mail.  You will receive a email with tracking information when the shipping label is generated.  We are not responsible for any shipping problems, time, lost or damaged parcels once we give them to the shipping company.  West Coast Vapor Hone does not work for the shipping companies and can not control what happens once we ship your parcel.  If there happens to be a problem, it has to be taken care of though the shipping company.  West Coast Vapor Hone will assist you in every way possible to help resolve the issue.  For international shipping, there is no option for signature for proof of delivery, we insure your package for the value and as a courtesy make all items as "gift".  West Coast Restoration Services can not replace your product if it is lost or damaged, shipping is at your own risk.
